Atlas Copco celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2023, marking a long history of innovation and industrial progress. From our beginnings as a small Swedish company, we have grown into a global leader with a diverse network of brands operating around the world. From the very beginning, we have been committed to finding and implementing innovative solutions to societal and industrial challenges.

In the late 19th century, we began supplying products for the railway industry, but quickly expanded our portfolio to include compressors, tools and drilling rigs, all of which played a key role in the industrialisation process. Today, we continue to lead in these traditional sectors, while also actively expanding into new areas such as vacuum technology. Our mission remains the same: to innovate for a better future, giving our customers the tools to grow and develop.
